How much does it cost to set up a Wedding List?

Upon registration we will ask for a deposit of S$300 to secure your commitment to us. When your guests spend S$3,000, half (S$150) of your deposit will be returned to you. When your guests spend S$5,000, the rest (S$150) of your deposit will be refunded.

Do we have to choose all our gifts at the same time?

Upon registration, you will be sent an order form which you can fill out in your own time with either your own specific item selections or with generic items from our list. Once this order form is sent in, you are always welcome to send us emails with extra items you would like to add to your list with all the details needed. We can add new items all the way up to your wedding day, even when the list is already open.

How much do our guests pay?

A 10% charge (included in the price displayed online for each gift) will be levied against all gifts and contributions to cover administration fees and set-up costs. These include all PayPal fees and the creation of your personal Wedding List - including your home page and information page.

When is the best time to register for a Wedding List?

We advise that you register 2-3 months before the wedding and to return your order form to us about 2-1 ˝ months before the wedding. Your list will then be set up 1 month before the wedding at the latest. If you would like to give your guests more time to purchase items, we advise that you register 3-4 months before the wedding.

Can I make regular updates / changes to my Wedding List?

When will our list Open / Close?

Usually wedding lists open 1 ˝ to 1 month before the wedding, however, should you wish to open the list earlier or later, you can let us know upon registration. If your guests are traveling to your wedding, you may want to consider opening your list earlier.

Are purchased items taken off the list?

When a gift is purchased, it will be taken off the list altogether or the quantity of the item will be reduced if there was more than one mentioned. We do all this for you so that you don’t need to worry about repeat gifts.

Can people make contributions to one item?

One item may be considered too expensive to ask one single person to buy. In this instance, you can ask for contributions towards that item. Contributions for $50, $100, $150, $200 or more can be made.

Can people contribute towards our honeymoon?

Honeymoons can be quite an expense and some couple like asking for contributions. To make the experience more enjoyable for your guests, we have several ‘contribution’ items which your guests purchase for you, for instance: a ‘massage’ or a ‘diving experience’ as well as a special ‘evening meal’. You will be able to decide what amount to put towards each of these items.

When will you send us our contributions?

Usually, your contributions will be sent to you after the wedding to give late guests a chance to purchase something for you. However, if you would like us to transfer your contributions before, please let us know.
